Friendship Gate
The Friendship Gate Scenic Area is located in the southwest part of Pingxiang City, Guangxi. It is 15 kilometers away from the city center, approximately 220 kilometers from the capital city of Guangxi, Nanning, and 180 kilometers from the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi. It serves as the most important land route between China and Vietnam and is classified as a Class I port of entry. Moreover, it is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, a national cultural heritage site, and a patriotic education base in Guangxi. The Friendship Gate is one of the nine famous passes in China and the only one among them that still functions as a border crossing. It was built during the Gate Dynasty and has a history of over 2000 years. Throughout history, the Friendship Pass has undergone several name changes. Originally, it was the path for Vietnam to present tributes and was named Yongji Gate because it was under the jurisdiction of Yongji County. Later, in the first year of the Ming Hongwu era (1368), it was renamed Jiling Gate, and in the fifth year of the Yongle era (1405), it was renamed Zhenyi Gate. In the Xuande era (1428), it was renamed Zhennan Gate. In 1953, it was renamed Munan Gate, and in January 1965, in order to further develop the deep friendship between China and Vietnam as "comrades and brothers," it was renamed Friendship Gate with the approval of the State Council.

友谊关关楼 友谊关是古老英雄的关，见证了中国历史的沧桑变迁1885年，冯子材老将带领清军在这取得震惊中外的“镇南关大捷”。1907年，民主革命先行者孙中山先生，在金鸡山上发动了著名的“镇南关起义”。1949年12月11日人民解放军39军115师三四三团的指战员将红旗插上镇南关，宣告了广西全境解放。

边关第一街 中国边关第一街位于景区大门北面，用地面积约45亩，于2019年6月27日正式开工建设，总投资额约15000万元；该项目由新建建筑和原有建筑物构成，新建建筑有商业楼、风情演艺厅、免税店、风雨长廊等，是集购物、饮食、娱乐和观演为一体的特色风情街区。边关第一街北面胜利广场可看到湘桂铁路终端部分。

法式楼 此楼建于1914年，由法国工程师设计，是当年清政府设在凭祥的“镇南关对汛分署”(简称南关对汛署)的办公地点。对汛机构主要是负责边境地区管理，包含边境治安管理、界碑管理、国境巡查、边民出入境管理 、中越双方人民出入国境的普通手续 、中越边民过境交易与婚姻的手续等均由对汛机构全权处理。

边关第一街 镇关炮台为左辅山主炮台，内部结构为中”字形，卷拱顶，设东西南北四个门，其中南门上匾刻“镇关左辅山炮台布局分为南面瞭望台和北面炮台，北面炮台为左辅山镇关炮台，镇关炮台位于左辅山山顶，它的东南面是越南，西面辅山，炮台占地 800 平方米，星圆形，用三合土和料石筑成，结构严密，建筑壮观，十分坚固。
